Heartworm Testing Clinic Scheduled For April 9th

Join us for a heartworm testing clinic on April 9th from 8:30am-10:00am.

Please sign up for an appointment slot here. All of the information requested must be filled out prior to coming to your appointment. Please be on time for your appointment. If you are late we may not be able to accommodate you. If you are unable to make your appointment please cancel it as soon as possible so that another person can sign up. The cut off to schedule an appointment is April 8th by 5pm.

We will be offering heartworm testing and heartworm prevention. The heartworm test we use is a SNAP test that requires a small amount of blood to be drawn from one of your dog’s leg. The test takes approximately 10 minutes to run during that time we will ask you to park in a numbered spot. Once the test is completed a member of our vet staff will go over the results with you. Heartworm prevention Vaccinations are available as an add on to the heartworm testing. Vaccinations available are: rabies vaccinations (for dogs 12 weeks and older) which are required by law in most counties in Ohio, an Oral Bordetella vaccine, a Leptospirosis vaccine, the DHPP combo vaccine which includes canine distemper, infectious hepatitis, parvovirus, & parainfluenza, microchipping, and deworming for puppies up to 6 months of age. We will also have monthly flea & tick prevention available for purchase.
