LC4 hosts a monthly low-cost vaccine clinic giving the community a convenient, affordable and easy option for meeting your dog's vaccination needs!

Follow these steps:

1. Put a reminder in your phone to sign up on the first of whichever month your dog's annual shots are due. 
2. Fill out the sign-up genius on or after the first of the month you want to attend. https://www.signupgenius.com/go/9040848AAAC2EA0F85-lowcost1
3. Come to LC4. You will join a line in the middle of the parking lot where staff will confirm the services you need and take payment in the form of cash, check or credit card.
4. Staff will direct you to pull around the garage where more staff will collect your dog from the car, take them inside, administer vaccines or microchip and return the dog and a record of the visit to your car.
5. Go home and relax, knowing your dog is protected from preventable illness!
