December Low-Cost Vaccination & Microchipping Clinic

Join us for a low-cost vaccination & microchipping clinic on December 21st from 3:30pm-6:00pm.
Please sign up for an appointment slot here. All of the information requested must be filled out prior to coming to your appointment. Please be on time for your appointment. If you are late we may not be able to accommodate you. If you are unable to make your appointment please cancel it as soon as possible so that another person can sign up. The cut off to schedule an appointment is December 20th by 5pm.
Vaccinations available are: rabies vaccination (for dogs 12 weeks and older) which is required by law in most counties in Ohio, nasal Bordetella vaccine, Leptospirosis vaccine, the DHPP combo vaccine which includes canine distemper, infectious hepatitis, parvovirus, & parainfluenza, microchipping, and deworming for puppies up to 6 months of age.
