True love is just a sniff away! Valentine Adoption Event Feb 14th-17th

Come find true love this Valentine’s Day!  The Lucas County Canine Care & Control’s office will host a Valentine adoption event which spans several days: February 14^th through the 14^th and is held at 410 S. Erie Street, Toledo. 

Adoption fees for all adoptable dogs are $14 and include the spay/neuter surgery, initial vaccines (distemper/parvo, rabies and bordetella), worming, microchip and registration, exam, and behavioral evaluation. There is an additional $25 fee to license the dog, which must be done at the time of adoption

In addition to having reduced adoption fees at the shelter, adoptable dogs will be out at Three Dog Bakery (5236 Monroe St Toledo) on Saturday February 16^th from noon until 4pm for a festive “puppy love” event.   

If you want to share the love but not able to bring a furry Valentine home, LC4 is always looking for donations of old towels, blankets, treats and toys, and anyone interested in becoming a volunteer is invited to stop on in and fill out an application.
