LC4 hosts a monthly low-cost vaccine clinic giving the community a convenient, affordable and easy option for meeting your dog's vaccination needs! 

NEW CLINIC LOCATION

The vaccination clinic will take place at the Lucas County Facilities building located at 200 Indiana Ave, right across the street from the new LC4 building on the corner of Washington and Indiana.  Clinic participants will enter their parking lot using the Washington Street entrance. Online registration opens up at 10:00 am on the first of the month. 

Follow these steps:

1. Put a reminder in your phone to sign up on the first of whichever month your dog's annual shots are due.

3. Come to the clinic location. You will join a line in the middle of the parking lot where staff will confirm the services you need and take payment in the form of cash, check or credit card.
4. We will direct you to pull into the garage where staff will come to your car and either bring the dog out of the car to administer vaccines/microchip or give them while they stay inside. 
5. Go home and relax, knowing your dog is protected from preventable illness!

Rabies Vaccination (for dogs 12 weeks and older)- $10

Puppy Deworming (puppies up to 6 months of age)- $5 
1-month Oral Flea/Tick Prevention (we use Bravecto) - $18
