Lucas County Canine Care & Control presents The 25 Days of Christmas: Finding A Home for the Howl-i-days! One long stay dog will be featured daily with a reduced adoption fee of $25 (plus the cost of a license). The reduced fee will apply throughout the length of the promotion until December 23.
