Join us for a low-cost vaccination & microchipping clinic on September 21st from 3:30pm-6:00pm.

All of the information requested must be filled out prior to coming to your appointment. Please be on time for your appointment. If you are late we may not be able to accommodate you. If you are unable to make your appointment please cancel it as soon as possible so that another person can sign up. The cut off to schedule an appointment is September 20th by 5pm.
Vaccinations available are: rabies vaccination (for dogs 12 weeks and older) which is required by law in most counties in Ohio, nasal Bordetella vaccine, Leptospirosis vaccine, the DHPP combo vaccine which includes canine distemper, infectious hepatitis, parvovirus, & parainfluenza, microchipping, and deworming for puppies up to 6 months of age.

Oral Flea/Tick Prevention (1 month Bravecto) – $18
Oral Flea/Tick Prevention (3 month Bravecto) – $50
When you arrive at the shelter please pull in the FIRST entrance and line up parallel to the garage door. Do not pull into a parking spot just line up in the middle. A staff member will direct you where to pull up to. Please stay in your car and a staff member will come to you with paperwork and to collect payment for the services you have selected. When it is your dog’s turn a staff member will come get your dog and take it to see a member of our vet staff for their vaccination(s) or microchip. If your dog has to be muzzled for vaccinations we will provide muzzles or if you have one please bring it with you. We may ask you to place the muzzle on your dog. Please make sure that your dog comes with a properly fitted collar or harness and leash (NO RETRACTABLE LEASHES). If you do not have a leash please let us know and we can provide a slip leash. Once your dog is done with their shots we will bring them back, get your pup loaded up, and provide you an updated copy of your dogs vaccination record and/or microchip information.
