Low-Cost Vaccination & Microchip Clinic- October 9, 2021

Join us for a vaccination/microchip clinic on October 9th from 8am-11am.

Please sign up for an appointment slot by clicking here . All of the information requested must be filled out prior to coming to your appointment. Please be on time for your appointment. If you are late we may not be able to accommodate you. If you are unable to make your appointment please cancel it as soon as possible so that another person can sign up. The cut off to schedule an appointment is October 8th by 5pm.

We will be offering rabies vaccinations (for dogs 12 weeks and older) which are required by law in most counties in Ohio, an Oral Bordetella vaccine, a Leptospirosis vaccine, the DHPP combo vaccine which includes canine distemper, infectious hepatitis, parvovirus, & parainfluenza, microchipping, and deworming for puppies up to 6 months of age. We will also have monthly flea & tick prevention available for purchase.
